Import Restricted Words

Make a one-time import of restricted words

OpenWeb allows you to import restricted words from another commenting platform or create new restricted words to be moderated in a Conversation.

Importing restricted words can help you streamline moderation:

  • Keep the same moderation rules for restricted words in OpenWeb as in the commenting platform
  • Bulk update and manage restricted words across your Conversations

Importing restricted words

Use the following steps to manually import restricted words through a .csv file:

  1. Create a .csv file with column headers. The following table lists the required and optional columns for .csv imports.
